Crystal has held many roles with Organa Brands, including the title of General Manager in Colorado (2012-2014) and in Oregon (2016-Present). Organa Brands is comprised of five brands in the cannabis industry: O.penVAPE, Bakked, District Edibles, Magic Buzz and Organa Labs. In these different markets she has gained experience with lab
management and operations including raw material acquisition, documenting process flows, compliance, state and local licensing, CO2 extraction and vape cartridge

Having been with O.penVAPE since the inception of the brand, she was on the ground level when Colorado transitioned to the recreational cannabis market. She also assisted
with the transition from medical to recreational cannabis operations in Oregon in 2016. The company is currently licensed and distributed in 10 states and has its products in
over 1,200 dispensaries.

Between 2014 and 2016, Crystal was the Business Unit Director. In this role, she traveled and helped the company open extraction facilities in 9 states in the U.S. and 1 in Jamaica. She provided support with lab design, submitting licensing applications for vertically integrated companies, meeting with regulators, overseeing compliance, packaging, labeling, sourcing lab equipment and onsite support to new licensees during their launch. Once these licensees launched, she managed their ongoing needs. She also oversaw the supply chain management and logistics associated with sourcing and providing packaging, cartridges and other raw material components to multiple

She has a comprehensive understanding of the rigor and processes needed to ensure success and compliance in the recreational market. Over the years, Crystal has led tours
of both the Colorado and Oregon extraction facilities for local and state cannabis officials from over 20 states. She enjoys taking a collaborative approach with lawmakers
and takes pride in operating state of the art, showpiece facilities that serve as training grounds for legislators in the cannabis industry.
